Cuba despite all the trouble it has seen and the difficulties of having unfair measures imposed upon them, only supported by the few, they have made some great achievements as a nation. In these up and coming austere times, the whole of the world has a lot to learn from the Cubans.
They are a sustainable and large community, who have turned every part of spare square inch including; roof tops, boats and the ruins of buildings, into home grown food and seed factories. All naturally grown and maintained with very little money and a lot of community spirit and effort. It remains the United States biggest ever defeat, and it was done from their own back yards. They no longer have the control (the dependent kind) of a wonderful part of the world.
